Pro-Bono Data Center Legal Clinic

Who Can Attend?  any individual, community group, or nonprofit working on data center issues in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.

What Types of Legal Questions Can We Ask?  Common types of questions include issues with:

  • Zoning, rezoning, and updated zoning maps

  • Public notice

  • Right to know requests

  • State permits or permitting processes

  • Becoming a "party of interest"

  • Utility rate proceedings

  • Moratoriums

  • Other questions that connect back to data centers are welcome.
