Over the past few months, we have spoken with many communities that have legal questions about data centers. This clinic will give individuals, community groups, and nonprofits the chance to have a one-time, no-cost virtual legal consultation to get some of your questions answered.
Who Can Attend? any individual, community group, or nonprofit working on data center issues in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.
What Types of Legal Questions Can We Ask? Common types of questions include issues with:
Zoning, rezoning, and updated zoning maps
Public notice
Right to know requests
State permits or permitting processes
Becoming a "party of interest"
Utility rate proceedings
Moratoriums
Other questions that connect back to data centers are welcome.
Date: Thursday, February 26th between 9:30am-5pm
Time: Each group will receive at least a 30-minute slot of time. We will notify you of your time slot and send a zoom link by Tuesday, February 24th.
How to Register:
Fill out the information on this Registration Form by Sunday, February 22nd. Please include and attach relevant information to help our attorneys prepare in advance.
Someone will email you by end of the day on February 24th to confirm your legal clinic time.
